SCAM!! Don't subscribe!! It's impossible to cancel your subscription. You can't do it through their website/email. You'd have to call them, which is really expensive for those of us living outside the US. My free trial ended earlier this month, but my card was empty at the time, so my subscription wasn't renewed, and I got an email from them saying "Until your payment information is updated, your account will be temporarily suspended. " I had been meaning to cancel my subscription, as I only created an account because I was working on a paper for school, and I no longer needed the subscription. However, there's no way for customers to contact customer service through their website/email, and they've made it incredibly hard to cancel a subscription. I don't live in the US, so it'd be really hard and expensive for me to place an international call. Since my account had been suspended, and nowhere in the email did they say that they were going to try to charge me again, I figured that there was no need for me to call, anyway. However, I just got a text from my bank saying that there was a charge from them for $28.99. I hope that someone from the company reads this, since there's no other way to contact them. If you're reading this, is there a chance that you could cancel my subscription (for the current period, too) and issue a refund? I am a student and I really need the money. I would have cancelled my subscription a long time ago if you hadn't made it so hard to do so. If there's anyone I can contact (email, etc..), please let me know.
