Have not had consistent on time WSJ delivery since 1/7/2023 ( 7 weeks !). Average weekly delivery ranges from 0 to 1 or 2 news papers. Problem is apparently large scale across southern Sarasota and Charlotte counties.We have escalated this issue to Thom San Filippo, WSJ SVP Customer Service, but still no resolution. Contact info: (609) 520-5824. The voice of the customer is critically important; I would encourage you to let Thom/WSJ know first hand if you are having WSJ delivery/circulation issues.
