It's the most dishonest company you will ever deal with. I was oversold on a hosting plan and could not get WPEngine to control their greed and charge me for a plan I belonged in. WP Engine's hosting service is overpriced compared to many companies with nearly identical service and support. My suggestion is that you do your best to avoid their sales department as they will steamroll you into services that you don't need. I have 50-60 visitors a day and they felt that I needed to be in their $ 1,050-a-month plan. There is no integrity or ethics that guide this company to do the right thing.
