AWFUL. Very worrying a company that runs the world has such appalling customer service. The situation has been ongoing for over months. My developer was give incorrect information multiple times and my account was charged for services I: A) didn't use or need and B) never agreed to and C) the migration in question was never completed as the 'advice' never worked. Each email of complaint / request for help took many days for a reply making the situation unmanageable. In each email, the rep would totally ignore the email chain, asking 'how can they help' which was infuriating as all the questions were right there.I have had to give up ever getting my system migrated and indeed give up on the money I am owed.
