I am extremely unhappy with the whole process and I regret wasting money on this. I kept encountering problems that the support team wouldn’t be helpful with, they’d just give me generic advice that didn’t fix anything, but stupidly I kept on trying. Eventually once I got frustrated enough and nothing would work despite trying everything I asked to just be reimbursed and cancel my plan (didn’t finish the website or had it published so clearly it wasn’t just me trying to get free host time) they refused reimbursement cause I didn’t do it within the 14 day period. The only reason I didn’t was cause I actually tried making it work. Please save yourself the stress and use someone more user friendly.
