Despite my paying through Amazon, Woot charged me for shipping. When I tried to get them to negate the charge, the circus of incompetence began. After several days of trying to cancel said order, I got endless delays. "We need your order number"....delay...and a web site that led me around in endless circles, I was notified today that the unwanted order is enroute--and I can then ship it back. Never seen a company this unresponsive.
