Should be zero stars out of 5. Bought an item that was defective. I returned the item not a day after receiving it. Been messaging wish on updates of the process of the refund. I would get messages asking for receipt from the post office of the return which I couldn’t produce however I did have the return prepaid postage label they sent me to send the item. This was enough information for them to look into. Since then I would get two very different stories on what the latest of what’s going on. One representative said they did receive the returned item and there’s ‘an oversight’ at their end trying to locate the item. The other story from a different representative said they’re still waiting for the item to arrive?!?!? Something is going on at Wish. I did accuse them of pre longing the process so they don’t have to pay out the refund amount after a certain amount of days after the order was created (I think it’s 60 days but I could be wrong on that). I have contacted PayPal and got them involved in this case and they’re currently investigating themselves. At this current moment in time no updates from Wish nor PayPal and still no refund nearly 3 months after returning the item. If you looking into buying anything from this website, AVOID these scamming, lying cheats! I will definitely not use this website ever again. Also have and will continue to let anyone know not to use this website.Update: PayPal have paid back my money not Wish as there has been in issue with PayPal and not Wish (that’s another story which I won’t disclose). Also Wish tried to take credit for resolving the issue what PayPal did. Definitely shows how sneaky they can be.
