Fine until an item arrives damaged, which can happen very easily given everything is mailed in a cheap, unpadded plastic mailer. Then they offer you a partial refund. But if you have no use for a damaged item and want to return or replace it, you'll pay for the return yourself. Temu on the other hand takes everything back for free, broken or not. I'll stick with Temu from now on.
