I put the order on November 21th 2024. the finance institute charged me 120.81 Swiss Francs on the same day.then I noticed that in my Wish account was still my former residence address, an old phone number and an old email. On November 25th 2024, 4:14pm CET I wrote to their support through the Wish app my new residence address, my new phone number and my new email. The same day at 8:10 pm CET I got an email from Wish support confirming to me having taken the new residence address, new email address and new mobile phone number in consideration. 3 days later on November 28th at 10:41 am CET Wish Support informed me about the entrance and preparation of my order and that they are close to send my ordered stuff and they would keep me updated as soon as an ordered item would be sent. In this update email I received also the order ID 673f9a13c2e037c91cc0bbbd. For security reasons I went on the same day November 28th 2024 at 1:03 pm CET again into my Wish account to be sure that my new residence address, my new email address and my new phone number is correctly registered, and so it was. A few weeks later in the tracking image I’ve seen that they have delivered to my old residence address despite support team has confirmed on November 25th 2024 having changed my delivery address, my email address and my new mobile number. So I asked where my ordered and already with VISA paid stuff is because I never had received any stuff at my new residence address. When I went into my Wish account there were no orders listed in the order history, it was empty!!! Since then I’m occurring frustration and humiliation because the asked me more than 6 times the order ID, the transaction details which I provided them repeatedly. Now since November 28th 2024 they ask and force me, who did all correctly in time before they delivered and who had the current residence address correctly in my Wish account ( !!!)to do investigations to figure out, which of the countless of carriers operating in Switzerland has delivered. In my opinion that is not my problem if this chaotic, bad and insufficient organized company and totally incompetent support and shipping team, which don’t communicate within their own company‘s departments deliver to wrong address and puts my stuff somewhere else than in my Wish account correctly registered residence address. This is pissing me of and it looks like this company is following willingly a „scare off“ policy with customers who don’t live in China with the goal to keep the money and not spend whether time to read the customers emails or provide any help, nor to investigate in their own errors they are doing. So I lost the sum of 84.48 Swiss Francs, my confidence in any in China operating company and my precious time in providing information that the already have written to them more than 6 to 10 times. I can only warn all private people, all companies or institutions of the world to do any affairs with Wish and with China.
