A random customer also suffered by WIRED inattention

On November I decided to subscribe WIRED. After two months I noticed that my subscription hasn’t linked with my account and it’s already the month I have to receive first issue which I haven’t. Needless to say that the issue could already be bought in the store. Managed to contact support. Provided all my details, but “Due to an overwhelming response to our recent issues” my first would be on February. Obviously I’m disappointed because I paid for a whole period. Continued to discuss about my profile and they said I have ben registered with the email I see for the first time and my subscription will began with March. Okay, now I’m pissed and I am canceling my subscription. After 10 business days did not receive my money and asked for another update. Turned out that they have already refunded all the money to Visa. I provided all my details previously which said I have Mastercard.Panicked a little and re-read every email they sent me and suddenly saw at the end of mail that my account ID is wrong. Did I say I provided all the details?I managed to tell them they made a mistake and got back all my money.I really don’t understand inattention to the details which led them to lose TWO clients. I am just feeling very sorry for that random person who got cancelled their subscription just because of support team’s mistakes. If they would be more careful, probably they had two more happy clients.
