Online banking website is easy to navigate.All other services are poor.They inactivated my IRA account because of no activity in two years. It's an IRA account.Their interest rates on CD, savings accounts, etc. are the lowest.Mortgage rates are higher than competitors. Trying to find someone that has the authority to resolve issues is time-consuming.They lost my daughters CD for college. If you want to throw your money away, go with WF.
