My account kept getting hacked because they kept sending my bank card to the wrong place. First they fixed it and closed case. THEN they reopen case without telling me and claim that I lied all because the guy in atm footage had curly hair like my bf. I brought proof that the only thing the guy and my bf had in common was their curly hair! My bf was obviously way Skinner and you could tell shorter and had a dif face!!They still took ALL my money, and said they can't reopen a closed case...even thoe they reopened it after it was closed!!I became homeless because of them. Seriously. Ended up living on the streets for two years because Wellsfargo Lied, and stole every penny I had.
