Went to the WF branch in on Atlantic…

Went to the WF branch in on Atlantic Blvd in Monterey Park CA today about 2:30. Happily I looked around and there were only two customers at the two clerks’ windows. Thinking I’m going to be in and out in 15 minutes, I tell the security guard in front of a banker sitting there that I need to do a wire transfer to Canada. He explains it will be a 3 ½ to 4 hours wait. I respond there’s no one here. He says the banker has an appointment at 3pm. I look at my watch, it’s 2:27. I say we have over ½ hour; this will only take 15 minutes. He says it doesn’t matter. The banker sitting there looks right at me and then looks away as if I don’t matter. I go get in line to do a cash transaction at the window. A young lady walks in behind me and the bankers walks up to her and chats for 5 or 6 minutes (they obviously know one another). I’ll be closing my 3 accounts next week as soon as I make arrangements at my credit union or my accounts at BOA. This way they won’t have to worry about providing any customer service to me and they can properly help other people.
