Horrible application process just to open a business checking account with these pieces of garbage. It's bad enough that you have to fill out several PDFs to submit back to their horribly antiquated system. Then they come up with all kinds of excuses not to approve you for their crappy business checking accounts, from "failing" verification to emails you give them not "eligible" to receive texts. And the customer service reps always sound like deer in headlights and could care less about the customer. Avoid at all costs. Maybe applying at a branch would be a better experience, but this has been my second time trying to get a business checking account with Wells Fargo. Bank of America and Truist had WAY easier online application processes and never gave me this much of a hassle just to apply.
