Ridiculous Customer Service

Ridiculous Customer Service. I've been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. Recently there was fraudulent activity on my Rewards Card, so WFB issues a new card, which I activated 11 days ago. I've called in several times asking that my Rewards Points be made available on my new card online. Today, after about 45 minutes, talking to the fifth person, I finally hung up.
