How be it that I’m shopping for food my card gets flagged. I identified over 8 factors to prove who I am still no results . I confirmed my transactions called the fraud department who it appeared jumped into action on blocking a card I never reported . An hour later melting ice cream and butter I’m told to use another card which I don’t have . I call again they say to wait 30 minutes more I can’t spend my own money on food and personal items . I travelled internationally could barely get anything I’m closing this account I can’t spend my own money to take care of myself please don’t waste your time with theses folks they’re so bureaucratic you can’t have access to your own money when you need it
