Executor of my later sister who had several accounts with WellsFargo. Customer Service is wretched. Complete lack of empathy for vulnerable customers. Just trying to obtain a couple of mortgage statements that I need to calculate tax, have been trying for over a month without success. They have ignored my emails, claimed that they tried to call me (they didn't), drop my calls when I contact them... If I could give give last than 1 star I absolutely would. Awful company.
