After 40 years of banking at Norwest/Wells Fargo I find it dishartening to write this review. They are quick to charge fee's and commit to service but even quicker to avoid you when you need problem resolution. Their service individuals are quick to sell you on "escalating" your need for immediate attention with no results. Unfortunately Wells Fargo has over taken Comcast/Xfinity in poor customer service, which is an unfortunate state after this long of client loyalty.
