Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, it is like living in the last century with the ridiculous automated screening, the sensitivity to sound, the long holds, the irritating music, and then agents that do not know how to help you.Forget it when you want to deal with travel rewards. A one minute transaction online is an hour on the phone being switched over multiple times. Most recently when my ticket wouldnt book as failed, they told me the problem was the seat I selected ( not true)
