I will never again order from Wayfair. My delivery was scheduled, and I took time off from work and removed old furniture from the room etc to be sent an email from Wayfair 1.5 hours prior to the scheduled delivery window cancelling my delivery and moving it 3 days out. I lost time from work and have nothing to sit on. I called Wayfair and no one can help me. I asked for a number to corporate and was told there isn’t a number. I asked for the delivery / transportation supervisor and was told they only accept internal email. I tried texting and emailing - you can’t reach anyone with authorization to fix the problem at this company. Never again!Update: Wayfair responded to complaint that the has been resolved. There has been NO resolution.
