This company is rude and horrible! We ordered a sofa on Sept 4. On Sept 5 I changed the delivery address. All my paperwork moving forward including the tracking number showed the correct address. On Sept 23 they showed up at my mailing address. They refused to deliver to the address shown on all my paperwork. Them they blamed me because I gave them my mailing address, and said the delivery address could not be changed. But the tracking number the day before had shown the correct address. This company is absolutely vile, and their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered anywhere.
