I ordered a bed scarf for $138. The color is wrong and cannot be used in my bedroom. Should I return it, I would receive $20. This is inexcusable! I now own something that I will never use and lost $138. Since it is an online company with no opportunity to see or feel merchandise in person and such a poor return policy, I will never shop Wayfair again. For point of reference, I have returned less than 10 items in total across all online orders over the past 10 years.
