On January 5th, I recieved the incorrect color item. I went online and submitted a picture of the unopened item as per requested and the site told me that they would send a replacement and no need to send the other back although I would have. It was unopened and marked white when I ordered beige. Never ordering through this company again with such poor customer support! RE: Date Placed: December 31, 2023Wayfair Order #4207372879Update 2/20/24. So Wayfair finally attempts to assist on this issue after this review. They reached out and gave me return instructions and sent the replacement. It came in yesterday and guess what, they sent the incorrect one AGAIN! And they are charging me shipping back to them for a partial credit on the first one. I am DONE with Wayfair! Pitiful!
