We ordered a desk on April 9 and were given a delivery date 3 weeks later. After four weeks when it did not come I called customer service to find out that it was never shipped and they asked me to cancel the order and re-try ! No offer to fix this screw up.No notice, no follow up, and a lousy response. Lesson learned as this is nothing but a drop ship company and they merely take a cut on purchase price and rely on others to actually ship the product but NEVER actually follow up.Save yourself heart ache and DO NOT do business with this company.
