Replacing my prior review which was reluctantly submitted because reasonable escalation was stymied It seems the review escalated through appropriate channels — I am hopeful I’ll be able to detail frustrations with product, instructions and missing parts, all of which consumed excessive time Bogus promise to resolve; lack of dedicated cs agent results in uniformed and discordant promisesThe unit was out of stock; missing parts were to be sent; replacement gratis and to keep the original defective product were promised — NOTHING BUT PROTRACTED DELAYS!NO RESOLUTION AT ALL!!!See absurd time line, below CIRCUMLOCUTION/INCONSISTENCIES 1/ WayFair 8MayMy name is V, a Resolution Specialist here at Wayfair. We have just learned that our manufacturer is unfortunately unable to send the replacement part we ordered for your new Joreen Curio Cabinet. As a result, your part request has been canceled. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
