Bought an outdoor throw rug for my patio. Was out of stock at the time of ordering waited five weeks for the rug to arrive. Received it on May 4 was excited to get it. I had a time. Set up my furniture on the patio with the rug. Five weeks later, noticed the stitching on the perimeter of the border was fraying and stringing out from the rug. Examined the damage the stitching was all just letting loose from the rug. Poor quality! Called Wayfair service. Was on hold for quite a while. The service representative returned to the phone saying that the warranty on that particular rug was 30 days. It was about 42 days when I had placed my call. I voiced my concern of disappointment and asked for the number to the distributor or manufacturer of the rug. With placing many calls to the distributor getting an answering service for me to leave my number and they would return my call. Needless to say, never got a return phone call and ended up gluing the loose ends of the rug that was letting loose for it just to let loose somewhere else. Very disappointed in Wayfair policies. This wasn’t an inexpensive rug. I paid $175 to get it to my door. I think I am done with Wayfair after several purchases that I have been very satisfied with. Do not want to take a chance of getting ripped off again with a company that doesn’t stand behind good moral services. Very disappointed with Wayfair service.
