As a host, I did bot learn about an inquiry for almost a month. They were supposed to have sent me an email and did not. Rather, I found out about it from an old text. When I called to register a complaint, they told me that there were no supervisors available. Also, when I looked at my text from the guest again, the date of inquiry was changed from April 2 to April 20. That is fraudulent and was done to protect someone's job. Guest has already somewhere else. Not only poor service but dishonest service.
