If I could have given them zero stars I would have. We tried to rent a beach house through this app. Instead of contacting us through phone or email to let us know during peak times you have to book Saturday to Saturday, they rented the house to someone else. It didnt specify anywhere on the ad for the house that this was a requirement. We had tried to reserve Sunday through Saturday. Thinking back the Saturday before wasn't even available on the calendar. Then, I decided to check out the reviews for Vrbo and really am not surprised. I wouldn't recommend using this site to book your vacation home.
