0 stars. I booked and paid for a full apartment. I was in the area a day early and went looking for it. It didn't exist. I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue with vrbo. They said, come back tomorrow. What? The property doesn't exist and now I have no place to stay. They don't care. When I posted my negative review on their site, they took it down. I had to get my money back from the credit card company. VRBO doesn't secure their site, doesn't verify properties, and doesn't provide ANY customer support. DON'T BOOK WITH VRBO.
