Genuine Theives.. I had a reservation for one night, wasn’t given instructions on how to enter the apparent. Stranded outside all night until 5am where I just decided to head back to the airport for hope of some warmth. Paid $115 was refunded $80. I was charged a cleaning fee, lodging fee, and a service charge I never even got access to the building so there was no lodging being done, therefore no cleaning was necessary, not even a fingerprint. And a service charge which is laughable as I received no service, unless you consider ignoring multiple calls “service”. If you’re reading this, please always book through Booking.com. They partner with companies that have integrity and will not steal from their customers. Ignore Vrbo and Expedia at all costs. Reference #118571751
