Worst experience with a rental ever!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! If you rent through them that is exactly what you are doing and they will drag your case out for so long that you will likely never see a resolution! My rental was apparently sold months prior to my paid for reservation and I was never notified as I was 6 hours from home at 2 am with my children and nowhere to stay only to be told I would have to find somewhere else to stay and seek reimbursement from VRBO which I am still fighting with 6 months later to try to recover some of my money, although I know I will never receive the over $700 that I lost on this experience! 6 months later I still have not seen a dime!
