VRBO will not help with host issues. House is filthy, no cleaning supplies, no vacuum despite having 3 carpeted rooms. We paid 1400.00 for pool services and cannot reach the home owner to turn pool on, pool heater in locked box, and VRBO says this is not their problem. When is spending 1400.00 and then the host totally ignoring all calls from vrbo and from me a minor issue? You have done NOTHING to help the situation whatsoever. This has been one of the worst vrbo experiences I have ever had. I’ve been traveling since 2019. Let me guess- you are going to respond with….. I appreciate your patience, or we are sorry for…… but that will not change the experience I have had. Thanks for - well- nothing because that is what has happened.
