Im a premier host on Vrbo. After 15 days without receiving the money from my last guest date on 09/02/2024 to 13/02/2024. I was informed by Vrbo call center that a previous guest dated 2021 asked for a refund after staying and fully enjoyed my property. According to vrbo call center,Thats the reason I havent received the money. How Vrbo can refund the guest without consulting me and stating the reason for the refund request. IN WHAT BASIS the guest requested the refund? Its clear for me that this is FRAUD. I want my money, I only found out now as a payment from a recent guest did not go thought my account
