When arriving to the property with my guests I was informed that my arrival was not informed to the check-in personnel, even if my booking had been made and paid months in advance. As a result the apartment was not cleaned and the previous guests had left it very dirty. This a more than awkward situation since I had guests with me and I had a paid a cleaning fee upfront within the stay price.Result: (i) the owner does not even answer me since the day of my arrival and (ii) VRBO client support team does not provide any valid solution, solely excusing themselves that it should have been myself contacting them earlier. You should only use VBRO if you aim to have a troubled vacation and issued that will not be solved afterwards. Definitely not recommended.
