We reserved a vacation rental on line in January 2024, VRBO charged our credit card 4 times for the deposit, I sat on the phone for over an hour talking with someone who I couldn't understand. We finally got it resolved but after reading the reviews I decided to cancel our reservation on March 31, over 4 months in advance. When I signed in to my account it said that I had no reservations even though they had charged my credit card for over $1284.09! Their chat kicked me off 4 times, then I got an email that something was wrong with their chat and they would review it and gave me a case number. That was 5 days ago, still waiting for a refund. I would highly advise NOT using VRBO.
