Doesn't Take Guest Reviews or Harrasement Complaints Seriously

Our family rented a VRBO house in California for spring break. Starting on our 2nd day there the owner of the house started texting me accusing me of breaking her wifi so that her outdoor cameras wouldn't work. We had not tampered with her wifi and I asked her to please come fix it. The next day she then accused us of violating quiet hours because my sister flew in late that night and we used the front door after we picked her up. I tried to explain that using the front door isn't violating quiet hour rules. She also continued to accuse me of tampering with the wifi and saying I had too many people in the house and threatening to kick me out. I invited her to come over and talk with us to see that we did not have too many people in the house and were following all of the rules, but she stopped responding. I wrote and honest review on VRBO of our stay and she started messages me horribble harrasing messages on VRBO chat. I then filed a harrasement complaint agaisnt her through VRBO and she had my review removed stating I didn't follow her rules. I have reached out to VRBO twice since asking how she can have my review removed without VRBO talking to me and checking on my harrasement complaint and no one has responded. I don't understand how VRBO can remove guest reviews when I have text evidence proving that we were complying with her rules and she was continuously accusing me and threatening me. I have sent all of these screen shots to VRBO with no response. I will NEVER use VRBO again because I do not trust that the reviews are accurate since a homeowner can get any negative review taken down so easily and they do not take harrasement complaints seriously. I am concerned about the amount of personal information this homeowner has about me and the awful things she said to me and VRBO doesn't care at all.
