VRBO Scam/Fraud do not use.We booked 3 nights in a lovely cottage in Sheringham Norfolk, 4 months before we went on June 21st 2024.Just before our holiday, we were sent the address!I checked on Google earth, and was shocked, it was a 3 story block of flats and ours was on the top floor, definitely NOT what we had booked.I spoke to customer service for 90 minutes, who is out of touch with the so called host and did not help.I contacted the host by text, with my issues of disappointment and shock etc. I received a cancellation, and a full refund. I had paid on Visa.We then had to find other accommodation, 2 days before our trip.It ruined the holiday that we were looking forward to, in a cute cottage.
