I made a booking for my cousin and all I can say is Vrbo are like a sewer, the more you interact with them the stinkier they get, their customer service, their management and procedure are the dumbest in the world, 5 days since they have double booked and still not refunded me my money, absolute toilet of a company, avoid like the plague, so far spent 7 hours on the phone for my refund without any luck.
