We had a lot of problems with the host before the booked day. Then the host cancelled the booking and VRBO assured us that we will get a full refund also that they will provide alternative accomodation if the host will cancel but once it happened they told that that wasn't possible. All this happened the 1st of June and until today we just got a partial refund. Every time we contact them they say they would escalate the case and we haven't seen the rest of the money yet.I wish I had checked it on here before booking with them but we were desperate to get a place for a hend do weekend and we didn't have many options.
