Booked an expensive house very quirky, the owners changed the bedroom situation after I paid and didn't warn us only noticed due to looking at photos before we went, the beds in the bedroom we were using changed from double to single so had to go along with it but single beds were awful & didn't get one good night sleep, complaint to VRBO who we pay for the holiday but when u complain it's back to the owners who of course IGNORE u as u r complaining, VRBO just pass the book!!! Put bad feedback on the holiday place and that has been ignored and not issued, then had owner feedback who childishly had the nerve to leave us 1 star and VRBO still don't care, also had lots of other things wrong dont think VRBO check properties before advertising them. Pls do not ever use this company as dont care once paid!! Stick to bigger famous companies as no one I know has ever heard of VRBO!!!!
