I booked 2 homes On Hilton Head Island for October in July. I had until beginning of August to cancel for 100% FULL REFUND. I cancelled July 22 and July 23. I had to contact both of the Vacation Rentals properties to get back my refund. I lost a total of $609.57. Clearly this is NOT a full refund. I have used VRBO for many years. I will NOT, and I mean NOT ever use them again!!!!!
