We rented a property that was advertised as breakfast included. The host left for 3 people for 7 days 1 liter of juice and milk, a bag of cookies and called it breakfast. The VRBO deemed it as a minor issue and refused to help and provide a partial refund for the money that I had to spend extra for breakfasts. Bad business, do not trust their guarantee. In the reply VRBO advised to contact the customer service, but I already did, they are useless. They do not know what they are talking about.
