I will not use VRBO again. Though I've used this company for more than 15 years when I had an issue with a recent VRBO rental because it was dirty and the refrigerator and freezer were full, VRBO never responded to me though I was told by the VRBO representative that I spoke with on the phone to report the matter that she could not help me but a VRBO representative would contact me regarding the matter. I was never contacted. I was never contacted by anyone with VRBO. After I disputed the charge because I had to obtain a second VRBO last minute and stay in a hotel a couple of nights, VRBO claimed that I did not cancel the stay. I did so and the VRBO host informed me by phone that she would not charge me for the stay. Yet VRBO did so. NO customer service. STAY AWAY.G. Martin
