I tried to book a place on VRBO using Affirm as the payment option on 2/11/2025. VRBO and Affirm denied my application for that particular place on 2/11/2025. After this denial, i had to book a different place on VRBO and I had to use PayPal as my payment option. My rental days at the new place were from 2/12/2025- 2/15/2025. While vacationing at this place, I get an email on 2/13/2025 from VRBO and Affirm stating that my application was approved for the 1st place and that they sent the full payment to the owners and I was now responsible for paying Affirm back. I then called both Affirm and VRBO to complain that they notified me way too late and that I was already in a new place due to their initial denial of my application. But, although VRBO and Affirm blamed each other for this glitch; they informed me that i was still responding for paying Affirm back. I will continue to fight these charges
