I tried to contact the customer service to cancel a booking request I made 60min earlier. First, a girl picked up where it was impossible to understand her. Then, the second lady told me she will take care of it. Now the host accepted and there is nothing I can do to change the booking. It's just standard in other platforms that you can still change a request once it hadn't been accepted yet. On top of that, when getting any mail about the booking, the links on the CTA don't work and lead to error pages. In general I'm outraged by this terrible experience. I'll never book again here. I wanted to give a smaller player a chance, but the experience is just not up to standard.
