I rented a property in Kentucky on the lake. We left the property in immaculate condition and a positive review. I then asked the owner a question of whether we could have an event for a couple hours in July and they replied no which was fine. I accepted that. Then they emailed me back that they would exclude me from ever renting from that property as well as all other properties that they have. Additionally, they indicated that all of my family and friends that were at the original rental with me would be excluded. Sounds a lot like discrimination personally. I have asked for a full refund and for my review to be deleted as well as my information to be taken out of the database. Depending on how VRBO handles this will determine whether I consider future rentals. I am disgusted. Funny how on their website they made it sound like you can feel free to ask a question but apparently not certain questions.
