Okay...I'm a host on Vrbo. If you have a listing on Vrbo and someone books your rental on another platform that's connected to Vrbo (ex: Expedia or another platform that works w/Vrbo) you will not be able to leave a review on a person who can potentially destroy your property.I had someone by the initials of SJK stay at my property and destroyed my floor. He allowed insects to come into the room and he killed them on the wall, so not only do I need to resurface my floor, I have to paint. To make matters worse, he ran the water for at least 3 hours at 2am in the morning, while he sang loudly in the neighborhood, causing a problem with the neighbors.I brought this to his attention and he ignored me. After the last two stays, I'm taking my property off of the VRBO platform. HOST: beware of someone staying at your property with the initials SJK! Also, if they don't book on VRBO, no review...so no one will ever know the mess they left for you......
