Customer service does not feel responsible and hangs up on you

I bought a Gigacube and had it delivered to a store. The store it was delivered to got closed and I could not collect the cube. How am I supposed to collect something if the store gets closed??!?? On the the same day they cancelled the contract.I called the customer service two times within a couple of days. Nobody could help and nobody wanted to help. They say: this is not the right department: then they give you different number, then you call this number and the people on the line say: we are not the right department. Some of them just hang up on you! Terrible! Extremely impolite. I took my two hours to find someone that just confirmed the cancellation and he immediately wanted to sell me a new contract. Vodafone is the worst experience I ever had. Unbelievable. Im so angry and sad. And the people that work in the store and customer hotline could not care less about you. DO NOT BUY!
