My internet was working fine but Vodafone claimed it was a "störung" and sent me a technician. They were supposed to arrive between 9 and 11 o'clock, but arrived at 8:50. The technician asked if the problem was in my flat or in the basement, but vodafone never gave any details beside it was a störung on their side. The technician got irritated and asked me to take him to the basement. My internet seems slower after his visit, which is very annoying.
