In Addition when calling their HOTLINE the voice computer voice then connects you with their Mobil team and after being in the line for 5 minutes it tells you that the number you got connected via their voice computer is no longer available!This is par excellence why Vodafone is BAD!Only if neededAt my home location without Vodafone there is no signal so it is basically the only choice if you want to have a backup to the DSL connection.For my contract renewal the SMS sent to my phone does not arrive. I tried it several times with a different browser. If I want to order a Gigabox TV or other stuff the SMS is recieved right away.I soppose they want that I call in to not be able to the discounts they offer on the website.This business practices, the slow MeinVodafone App and long waiting hours via the hotline are actually what I hate about Vodafone!
